Michael White received his CrossFit Level 1 certificate in 2014. He is a long-time martial arts and yoga practitioner. He has supplemented his practices with various fitness programs and finally achieved the strength and endurance he was looking for when he started doing CrossFit in 2013. Mike focuses on raw controlled strength and discipline in his workouts as well as pushing the limits of his cardio. Because of his background in Yoga, his flexibility is a huge asset to his training and coaching.
